Description
Helped launch Salud Tacos in Barrio Logan. Managed all aspects of their marketing and helped grow the business from a catering only business to a brick and mortar location in Barrio Logan, a location in National City, and a location in Las Vegas. I managed the brand’s website, e-commerce, all social channels, as well as all print material, graphics, videos & photography. Salud Tacos was featured on the food network, travel channel, New York Times, Chicago Tribune, LA Times, Union Tribune and SAn Diego Magazine.
